Nerikiri made from sweetened white bean paste
and Gyuhi made of glutinous rice.
Nerikiri is normally tinted with various colours and
sculpted into various shapes.

Strawberry Daifuku

A strawberry wrapped in white bean paste and delicate glutinous rice.
A small part of the stem is left (all leaves are removed) so the moisture from strawberry doesn’t leak into the confection itself. Please store at room temperature.
As these items are hand-made and have no preservatives, please enjoy them the same day you buy them.

Sakura mochi

There are two kinds of Sakuramochi.
In the Kanto region, there is a temple called Choumeiji that this mochi tries to imitate the style of. (Kanto style).
In Kansai, the lumpy type of material covering the bean paste is called Domyoji(Kansai style). The sakuramochi are wrapped in cherry tree leaves to transfer fragrance to the Mochi, the leaves are edible so you can enjoy it two ways. Please eat it in your favorite way.
